Our History
Joe Albertazzi grew up in a family of seven kids, in Davis, CA. He has been in the construction industry for most of his life. What began as a summer construction job after graduation from a Jesuit high school in 1977, evolved into a ten year apprenticeship and then subsequently developed into a career. Dedicated to excellence, he’s learned the value of honesty, hard work, and good communication. Throughout the years this has paid off within his customers’ appreciation and the satisfaction of a job done right.
In 1989 he obtained his CA contractors license, joined the carpenters union for a short while, then ventured out on his own. He has built a handful of new homes but his business focuses mainly on remodels and additions along with some commercial TI (tenant improvement) work.
Licensed and bonded (CA license #560820), he has always carried full coverage liability insurance, and workers compensation insurance for his employees, Pat and Mark, a father and son team.
